Return Policy
Our Commitment to Artistry
At Eternal Bouquet, we specialize in transforming your most cherished memories into one-of-a-kind works of art. Because our process involves the preservation of your personal organic materials, each piece is entirely unique and cannot be resold or undone.
To ensure the best possible experience, we have outlined our policies regarding cancellations, the preservation process, and our quality guarantee below.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is based on the stage of the preservation process:
Before Flower Submission: If you need to cancel your order before we have received your bouquet, we offer a full refund (minus a 10% administrative and credit card processing fee).
After Flower Receipt: Once your flowers have entered the preservation and pressing phase, we are unable to offer a refund. At this stage, specialized labor and materials have been dedicated to your specific blooms.
Abandoned Orders: If flowers are received but a design is not approved within 6 months of the initial consultation, the order will be considered forfeited.
The Nature of Organic Art
Flower preservation is a delicate, artisanal craft. By choosing our services, you acknowledge the following natural characteristics of the process:
Color Transformation: Flowers are living organisms. During the drying and pressing process, colors will naturally shift. (e.g., Red roses may deepen to burgundy; white blooms may take on a creamy or antique yellow tone).
Flower Condition: We preserve your flowers in the condition they are received. We recommend following our shipping or drop-off instructions closely to ensure the best results. Bruising or wilting that occurs prior to our receipt may be visible in the final piece.
Design Approval Process
We pride ourselves on a collaborative "white-glove" design experience.
Unlimited Mock-ups: We provide digital design layouts for your review. We offer unlimited adjustments to the arrangement until you are 100% satisfied.
Final Approval: Once you provide written approval of a design, the piece is "sealed." No further changes to the arrangement or framing can be made after this point.
Quality Guarantee & Repairs
While we do not accept returns on custom commissions, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our work.
Hand-Delivery Inspection: For clients in our local service area, we recommend inspecting your piece upon hand-delivery. Your acceptance at the time of delivery confirms your satisfaction with the craftsmanship.
Structural Defects: If you notice a technical defect (such as a frame flaw or mounting issue) within 7 days of receiving your piece, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a complimentary "Studio Refresh" to correct the technical issue and return the piece to you.
