Step 1. Choose Your Style
You can choose any combination of sizes and colors for your frame, resin, or jewelry order. Make it yours with our product customization tool and be sure to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to place a special order.
If you have an idea that is not available as an option, get in touch as we will make it happen!
Our pressed frames and resin designs come in three sizes each. Our floral jewelry designs come in four styles and various sizes.

Step 2. Prepare your flowers
What you’ll need: 1) Printed client information sheet (emailed after order). 2) A cardboard box that is spacious enough to fit your blooms. 3) Packing paper or peanuts (please do not use bubble wrap or other plastic wrapping materials as it can damage the flowers). 4) Paper towel. 5) Rubber band. 6) Plastic bag.
How to prepare your blooms for shipping: Cut any stems so that they fit inside the box without bending. Remove any sentimental pendants or ribbons. We are not able to return them to you due to our custom fit frame boxes. Cover the stems (not the blooms!) with a damp paper towel. Wrap the plastic bag around towel and the stems, secure with a rubber band

Step 3. Package Your Flowers
Boxing your blooms: 1) Fill the box halfway with packing paper or peanuts, just enough to keep the flowers from moving around but not so many that the blooms get crushed. 2) Place blooms with wrapped stems in your cardboard box. 3) Add extra packing paper or peanuts if needed to secure the flowers. 3) Remember to add the customer information sheet inside a ziplock bag to keep it dry during shipping. 4) It’s a good idea to take a photo of the flowers before sending them off! 5) If your box does not come with “fragile” and “this side up” markings, you may want to add them with permanent marker to encourage gentle handling of your blooms in shipping.

Step 4. Send Us Your Flowers
Send your box via UPS or FedEx to our location. We recommend overnight or 1-2 day shipping to make sure your blooms are in the best condition possible when they arrive.
If your event is located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and you would like to hand deliver your blooms to us or order in-person pickup please let us know on the checkout form and we will be happy to discuss drop-off with you.
Please keep in mind that blooms are best within 5 days of the event, we cannot guarantee the condition of your blooms no matter when they are sent, so please do send them as quickly as possible. If your blooms arrive damaged we are happy to discuss replacement options.

Step 5. We preserve your flowers and send them back to you
Our turnaround times range from 7-12 weeks after receiving your blooms. Depending on the size and thickness of your flowers, it can take up to 5 weeks for a bloom to complete the preservation process.
Note: Flowers will naturally change their shade during the preservation process. Over time, colored blooms will change to more faded/muted hues. Part of our preservation process includes using pastels and natural coloring to ensure your flowers remain vibrant and retain their splendor.

Pricing: Our services range from $180–$900 depending on size and design. Jewelry is the most affordable, while resin designs are the most intricate due to the delicate drying and setting process.
